DIG CT’s founder, Craig Lavrick possesses over 35 years extensive mineral exploration drilling industry experience and expertise including frequent field assessment of some of the world's most remote operations to implement standardised process improvement for increased safety, morale and operational success. Craig is credited as compiling the industrywide Global Drilling Standard – adopted and referenced daily at most mine sites.

A respected industry subject matter expert, Craig has upheld executive level positions since 2009 as Global Drilling Specialist with major miners Barrick, Gold Fields, BHP Billiton and Western Mining Corporation, as well as Vice President, Drilling Optimization and Executive Committee Member at drilling services company, Boart Longyear and its subsidiary company, Veracio. Craig was a respected, engaged and frequent contributor to the Deep Exploration Technologies Cooperative Research Centre (DET CRC) and MinEx CRC – the world’s largest mineral exploration collaboration of industry, government and research organisations. As DIG CT Director, Craig is a passionate advocate for coil tubing drilling technology – deeming it an industry 'game changer' and necessary next generation equipment. Craig is driven and disciplined to ensure the CT rig's global success.

Fellow DIG CT Director, Kevin Davis is regarded as an industry stalwart with over 38 years’ experience drilling throughout Eastern and Western Australia and New Caledonia in every conceivable role from Driller Assistant to Iron Ore Operations Manager with major and junior miners and service providers in Rio Tinto, BHP, Western Deephole, Drillcorp Western Deephole, Northwest Drilling, and Boart Longyear – designing and drilling multi-daughter holes as well as slim line drilling, and hitting depths of 1000+ metres. In 2019 he seized an opportunity to own, operate and direct Drillcore – his own successful drilling company specialising in diamond drilling, personalised customer service, expertly trained safety-focused crews and cost effective controls, safety, and productivity.
